Maksi-Centar has three apartments (apartments: S8, S11 and S12), which consist of an entrance hall, lounge with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and lounges with a three-seater of standard dimensions and an armchair.

They have an independent central heating, LCD TV in the lounge and bedroom, cable TV, free wireless internet, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, refrigerator, air conditioning, smoothtop stove, oven, dish washing machine and a microwave.

All apartments have accommodation capacity up to 4 people.

There is a parking lot in the underground garage for each apartment which is directly connected with apartments by elevator.

There is a possibility of using a cot bed for babies.
